Our products are manufactured according to a System of Quality in
accordance with the requirements of the European Norm UNE-EN ISO 9.001,
for the assurance of the quality in the design, the development and the
production.
Fydesa is audited every year by Aenor, Spanish organization of
certification for the maintenance of the Enterprise Registry nº ER-
408/1/96, is subjected to the controls implying the observance of the
norm ISO 9.001. Likewise, also is audited by others entities for the
inspection, verification, pursuit and concession of the use of
homologated marks with a large variety of inspections, including
suppliers homologation and raw materials reception, design of the
products, R&D procedures, manufacturing process in various phases and
purchasing and selling procedures.
Continuously, samples of the products are taken from manufacturing
process by using statistical techniques highly demanding, and are
tested according to the respective regulation. The results are dully
registered and filled. The 100% of the products are automatically
inspected, one by one, verifying that they comply with values related
to standards of performance and safety. The labeling system of Fydesa
ensures product traceability, including harmonics and electromagnetic
susceptibility.
