Cephalon A/S was founded by Klaus Johansen (Managing director) and
Rolf Nejsum (CEO) in 1997. From the very start with a few products,
the company and the entire product range has expanded considerably.
In 1999 Cephalon A/S acquired the company Scan-Co Denmark A/S and in
June/July 2000 the two companies moved to new facilities at the
current address, near Aalborg, Denmark.
From the beginning in 1997 the number of employees has grown
considerably, and we are still looking for skilled and experienced
