Geotex - France. Growers and processors of hemp and its fiber for
industrial applications.
Geotex is a French company formed from the former managing team of the
largest producer and processor of industrial hemp in the world.
During 25 years, we have developed the technologies to adapt the
equipment for the growers, developed the technologies to process up to
50000 tons per year of hemp straw and other plants.
From paper making, to insulation, composites, we adapted the hemp fibre
quality to the industrial needs.
In 1985, we introduced the hemp bedding. Today, over 30 000 Tons of
hurd are sold in Europe for horses and pets bedding.
1998, the body shop launches its cosmetic range based on hemp seed oil
1999, natural fibres are used in the Mercedes-Benz S Class model, in
insulation material for buildings and plastics.

Bring the know how and experience of growing, harvesting and processing
natural fibres in order to enable their rapid development in the
industries.
