Global Power & Control Systems Ltd is a privately owned limited
company, which was established in 1994 and has increased its turnover
every year to its present level (2000) exceeding ?1,500,000.
Global Power is situated on the outskirts of Ipswich in Suffolk, with
good road and rail connections to all parts of the U.K.
The offices and manufacturing area occupies a total 5500 sq.ft. There
are design offices using CAD, goods inwards, stores with a bonded
stock area, test area, as well as the manufacturing areas.
The company was formed in 1994 by Chris Locke, with the directive to
supply both a first class design and manufacturing facility for
electrical/electronic control panels, based on a quailty of both
product and service at a competitive price.
Global Power are established manufacturers of Refrigeration control
panels for the retail food industry and are approved by the major
supermarkets which include Somerfield, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose,
Mark & Spencer, Co-op etc. Other Control panels manufactured include,
Earth monitoring panels conveyor controls, grain handling controls,
Energy Saving panels, paint spraybooth control, heating and
ventilation control, motor control centers, L.V. Switchboards and
distrbution boards also many other types of control panels with or
without PLC controllers.
Although Global is a comparatively new name to the industry, we have a
wealth of experience within our company for this range of products. We
gladly pass on our experience to our customers to give them exactly
what they require and the most efficient and cost effective way of
achieving it.
