which represents a long tradition in the Dutch tar processing

What once was the Dutch Tar and Asphalt Industry (Nederlandse Teer- en
Asfalt Industrie) expanded to become the only specialist in the field

For years we have worked closely with our most important supplier of
the raw material, coal tar, the integrated steelplant Hoogovens in
IJmuiden. This relationship became more definite in 1985 as a result
of the participation of the Hoogovens Group (part of the Corus Group)
in Cindu Chemicals.
